Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes. Self-serve plans are billed monthly or annually. Institutional scope and support are agreed before purchase.
No. Free starts without a card and includes every supported protocol. Plans gate scale and history, not Art-Net, DDP, MQTT, OSC, or browser access.
A seat is one person with access to the account. Giving that person access to more projects does not use another seat.
Your projects, channels, people, and retained data are not deleted. Resources outside the lower plan window become unavailable until you select which should stay active or upgrade again.
The message-per-second budget is pooled across the account. Quiet projects do not lose reserved capacity, and one active project can use the available account budget.
Each self-serve tier has one fixed history window, so there is no retention menu to configure. Institutional retention can be scoped for the deployment.
DataNet is currently in public beta and available for supported creative projects and live deployments. Beta customers receive direct support, and their experience helps guide the platform's reliability, workflows, and future development.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term. Payment failures and ended subscriptions receive a 30-day read-only grace window: publishing pauses, but projects and retained data remain available while billing is resolved.
Annual purchases can be refunded in full on request during the first 30 days. After that window, annual fees are non-refundable and service continues through the paid term, except where law requires otherwise.
We can help estimate throughput, devices, retention, and the safest deployment shape.
